I booked a seat in K P Travels, which is 17 seater bus, from Pune to Shirdi on 4th May evening journey 10.15 PM through www.travelyaari.com online bus booking service portal. On the departure tie they picked me late by 30 min at my pickup point Kalewadi Phata through another cab and droped me at Viman nagar which is 15 Km away from my location and after waited for 30 min more the normal small bus (saishant travels) which was not the same that i booked for journey came to pick me. the bus was not well enough to travel the as long as journey of 5 Hrs. Also, the seat which i booked in older one was to the drivers left side a middle one, as it is considered to be safe, was not the same in new bus. And i paid 250 Rs for KP Travels 17 seater bus, but ultimately i traveled in bus which cost 150 Rs for same.
After asking them about this wrong doing, they pathetically argued with me and told me to get down in mid way in mid-night.
