[Resolved]  Kairali Ford, Cochin — Pathetic Customer service

I have a very pathetic Expeience from FORD India ltd and their dealer Kairali Ford.

My 10 month old FORD Fiesta Run only 12000KM. I was very happy with its performance and its fuel efficiency.But the experience Twisted suddenly. While riding Its stopped suddenly.
I informed the Road Side assistance and they took the car ito workshop.
The Mystery starts then onwards.
After 66 Hrs,the service center informed me that Clutch Plate is defective and i need to pay for that.

Its unbelievable for me,Because The car mileage Was only 12000KM.
I never used to drive the car with clutch pedal pressed.
My car never showed any Pre-symptom Like low pulling power/high fuel consumption/high acceleration rate/skiping or jumping while changing gears/rattle sound etc..

So, I rushed to the workshop and asked them to show the defective clutch plate.
When i saw it, I got shocked. The plate is completely BURNED OUT.
Such defect will never happen in 12000KM OR in a Smooth Running car.

So, decided to take a photograph of the defective part as its very important for futher action.

But surprisingly, they didnot allowed me to take a photograph of defective clutch plate.

Yes, they know that by Just seeing the photograph, any technical person can easily understand the real issue.

The KAIRALI ford is trying to paint the actual issue.
There are two possibilities for this defect:

1. manufacturing Defect
2. Service center may tried to fool me.

I have send a mail to FORD MD for seeking the justice.
But later I found that, in FORD Nobody will Listen to customer concerns.

Yes Definitely anyone can experience FORD customer care after purchasing a Ford Product from Kairali Ford...."FEEL THE DIFFERENCE"

Hence ,I strongly recommends that, Not to go for FORD products as their Customer Service is LOUSY.

Sorry to hear your difficulties. Even I tried the Kairali people in kochi. They are just useless. There is a service manager called ANIL and he is thinking that he is the owner of ford. After all he is just a service manager. As a customer I will see him because I am still owning a ford FIgo. He will be there to seve me as a customer. Please join in face book. Search for fordfigo Kerala owners group. Take care.
Last June 23, 2013 I brought new Ford Figo which has completed first service and due for 2nd service by 23.06.2013 or 10K kms completion whichever is earlier.

Last Saturday, the vehicle completely stopped to move and it is towed to Bangalore. I have to tow the vehicle on my own and has to spend rs 4000 for the same.

They suspected handbrake use and so on. I went today and asked them to inspect the brake pads and it is completely intact and no worn marks. Now they ruled out hand brake issue.

The clutch plate completely burnt out. They are telling to replace complete assembly including Flywheel. Stating the reason as over drive some non-sense reasons, nothing is concrete.

I told them, It has covered only 5700 kms and sparingly used. I used to get some burning smell, last service itself I was told but the response was no problem. As warranty the vehicle has to complete 1 lakh kms or 3 years of service and whichever is earlier. I told them I suspect temperature rise in Hub and also material defect. It is premature failure of the product due to defective material. I am just waiting for their response. Now a days Ford vehicles has so many problems.

One of my friend left his Ford vehicle with the dealer for service, the did wrong alignment and finally tyres are tapered out and invited lots of vibrations along with unusual sound. Finally they started blaming MRF tyres. MRF tyres blaming Ford India and buying time. We asked for wheel alignment report they were caught. We took the report and outside again we did the wheel alignment. It was completely wrong alignment and change in the camber angle. Finally they agreed for out of court settlement they gave new 2 tyres free and replaced free. This is happened in Bangalore.
