[Resolved] Kalazone.in — Not received the Order

I am Sireesha.P, I have made a purchase of worth Rs. 2300 on http://www.kalazone.in/ after viewing their TV Ad recently. I made this purchase on April 4th 2008. I made payment through paypal online and paid the entire amount at the time of purchase. Look at what Kalazone.in has done. They have sent the order in VPP to my house address. Since the delivery was in VPP, they demanded the entire amount for the same goods again. This totally amiss from kalazone.in. This delivery was not accepted by me, for the reason they were asking me to pay again for goods which I had already paid.. We have still not received the delivery from Kalazone.in so far. I call up their office and there are 2 people who take up the calls by name of Rajesh, and Tiwari from kalazone.in They do not respond properly and only say they are processing the orders. Hello,

I have placed an order of some dress material online on their site in last week of Feb. Till date i have not received my products.

And their customer care team speaks only in Hindi and i cannot understand Hindi that well.
I really don't know if they would send me my products. It is been two and half month now since i made the payment.

I am not happy doing business with this company "KALAZONE". With his experience i have lost all my confidence on e-commerce business in India.

kalazone is dumping company do not eer deal with this company they cheated every one i lost my 40000 Rs they send me cheep product they did not send goods which we purchase
they send goods very cheep products they did not know how to talk with the customer pl read my comment my request to all iam not happy with this company my order is sarees three which cost 1410, 898 and 791 they send me 5 sarees which cost between 100 to 200 when we call them they are telling pl check ur order they are repeating this

I payed 6000 rupees in your bank account and I also received the receipt. But have not received the 10 sarees which should have been here in New Zealand 7 days ago. What did you people do with my money! And my bank has told me that the money has gone in to your account. And what is the problem now. I also payed for the shipping and handling door to door service.

starting of june 09, (latest tv add material) i visted to kala zone showroom, that is placed in ludhiana, punjab, near gill chowk, i bought a sarre of Rs 1590 with extra charges, they had given me packed material, after 2days of getting that material, i opened that, the material (fabric) of the saare is so rough, material is so bekaar, , , , , , , , quality of products was so bad, so useless fabric, , , (halka sa kichte hi fatna suru ho gaya), totally sada hua fabric...
nw i realise that satte me kabhi khuch accha nahi milta... so plz take care coustmer, , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , don't waist ur money, , , , , with KALA ZONE...

Well - I just saw the ad on TV today and the prices were rather tempting. But now on reading the feedback posted and so many compalints - now i'm really wondering.
