[Resolved]  Kallada Travels — bus leaving before departure time

i have booked ticket on 21/6/2012 from Salem to Bangalore through red bus.com the travels that was booked was Kallada Travels my red bus ticket # TE7M23824223 seat numbers K1-s,k2-s and PNR # ORED4641 Cochin to Bangalore Day Service the Departure Time was 5:30 pm mobile no[protected]
When i reached the Salem Kallada Travels Office at 5:20pm the bus was all ready left when i asked the concern person of the Kallada Travells that how did he take the bus before Depature time the responce from them was not proper and he was telling that we can not stop the bus on the main road so the bus left before Depature Time i even asked to support any other source but they told us we can not do any thing i[censored] want they told u can complaint a call against us.
When we people belive this kind of travels we got cheated i want my money to be refunded
