Hi:

I recently booked Swift with Kalyani Motors Bangalore after taking confirmation from them that the Swift is readily available and i just need to go for registration. I was in hurry to buy the car and made the Cq payment, after i made the payment they started telling me that car in showroom has a dent and they need to book a new car. I was so pissed off with these people. They fully spoiled my plans.

BEWARE OF KALYANI MOTORS BANGALORE !!!

One of the worst dealer in Bangalore, having false comiting executives and giving false promises, Just a week back I booked for Wagon R VXI with full version with ABS silky silver, the executive who took the chque and the cash said we will give delivery of the car by November 20th 2010 after the date nearing they tend act and make a drama that the car is on the way, the car has come but some person came and made full cash they give it to them, all .

BE AWARE OF KALYANI MOTORS ESPECIALLY WITH BG ROAD BRANCH, YOU WILL GET SOUPED COMPLETELY SWINGING AND LATER ONLY FAKE.

VERY BAD KALYANI MADE GOOD NAME IN THE BEGINING NOW ITS GONE TO DOGS, NOW ATLEAST RE WORK AND RE SHUFFLE THE DEPT OTHERWISE KALYANI THERA TOH KALYAN HO
I recently got my Swift car serviced by Kalyani Motors (at Mysore Road-Ring Road intersection).
There have done a horrible job. The technician who attends to the customer and takes the car has no basic fundamental knowledge of the car. He is a complete misfit and knows nothing. He was a dumbo and only spoke nonsense and delivered the car without making any fix and charging big money. He was only bothered about the call i would get from the customer care and requested me to give good feedback. The customer care called me for feedback. I expressed my unhappiness about the service, in return she said sorry and immediately wanted to know how i rate the service and experience. I asked her to fix the problem first. They never got back to me after that. Wonder how such people get recruited by a leading sales and service center in Bangalore. Never go to them!
I had a very bad experience with KALYANI MOTORS YELAHANKA. Recently my bike (Bajaj Caliber) service and repair had been done. When I was went to Yelahanka service centre they promised me that they will give me proper service/repair/Change spare parts. But they have not provide spare parts.When I complaint to Mr. Santosh in kalyani motors yelahanka he told me that" Sir! give me your mobile no., whithin 02 days I will provide spare parts and I will give you a call." 01 week has been past no call from Kalyani Motors. Same thing I told to Works & service Manager Yelahanka, No result.

If this type thing will happen, It will affect the image of Kalyani Motors. Senior member should think on that seriously and take proper action against defaulters staff. It will be the bad image upon the customers/market.

Kalyani motors are Big time cheaters and they cheat customers like any thing, I had pretty bad experience recently I took Ritz ZXI from same.
so I caution every one about Kalyani motors, Bannerugatta rd. they make false promises and what ever they promise get it in writing before booking the vechile with the particular Brand what they are going to give.
I recently had my car serviced with Kalyani-Mysore rd-Bangalore. I had the worst experience of my life. I have been sharing the patronage with Maruti udyog since last 17 years, and this service experience of mine was the worst ever. I had the running car in good condition, sent for regular check before the long drive for the holiday. to my surprise they billed me for an wooping amount of INR 10, 345 and the car was jerking while idleing and engine required frequent starts. On bringing this to the notice of Works Manager- Mr.Sanjay, I was told that i need to leave the car for 2 more days to have it checked. I had told about my travel plans and need for checkup of car before travel in advance, but in return they tampered and spoiled my holiday plans.
On getting to know their capability, I went to RNS and spent another INR 4320 and had the problem fixed in 30 min.
In a nutshell, the service, attitude and commitment to service at Kalyani is missing. I'm lodging a complaint and may even register a complaint with consumer forum for ridiculous service charges and for spoiling my holiday plans.

Hai r u living at Ramanagar and wanna buy a new maruthi car ? My humble request is do not book your car at Kalyani motors since the sales executives are inexperienced and giving false promises.Kalyani motors one of the big cheater in Ramanagar. I have booked my alto LXI in July-2011 and kalyani motors promised me to give discount of Rs 32000/-.But at the time of delivery of vehicle, They refused to give offer and stated that the offer ended in July 31st and if you had raised invoice within July -31st we would give offer and they had given me discount only of Rs25000/-.In automobile industry offer or discount calculated at the time of booking not at the time of invoice raised. If I go with other Maruthi suzuki dealer I would get all the benefits.I have lost nearly 10000.I have faced bitter experience with kalyani motors. It is better to close down showroom at Ramanagar since for every service, the executives and technicians looking towards Bangalore showroom.for example if you want to fit sunfilms to your car windows, They will advice you to bring car on sunday coz technicians will visit Ramanagar showroom on sunday only. The dealer is one who gives all amentities under one roof.But at Ramanagar you will not get any facilities.It is very strange that automobile giant Maruthi udyog Ltd how given permission to open showroom with lack of amentities.
Hence I once again requesting to you all that you better go for any other car dealer except Kalyani motors.

Recently I went for car booking and I paid around 5K . While booking I singed on an aggrement that If I
cancel the booking, I am liable to pay 1K as cancellation fee. But when I went for cancellatio than they say I have to give 3K as cancellation charges. I was SHOCKED from where 2k was more, sales consultant was Shalini she was solely responsible for more fcharges on o fthe worst sales person i have ever seen is Shalini from Kalyani motors and big cheaters in bangalore is Kalyani motors

I would like to share my experience here. I recently went and booked New Swift (Granite Gray). At the time of booking I had asked them 10 times weather they have this color they said yes we have and can deliver in 20-25 days. After I made booking and signed my loan agreement with the bank and it was almost 15 days from the date of booking I receive a call from kalyani Motors Mysore Road saying "Sir, Color you want is just for display and not for booking, Please choose some other color we will deliver it". I felt what crap it is u assured me the same color and now after many days u say we cant such a bad experience I had and even for accessories my got for ordinary seat cover they are quoting Rs7000/-. It is too much. Now I have decided to cancel booking and cancel loan. I loose money little money as I paid only 5K, but still I am same from such a crap and liar's.

Please do not go here.

1st i was getting it in November End
then it moved to December End
Now finally it's moved to January End.

and now they are saying if the price is increased in January they'll give me the car with New Price:(

The guy even stopped picking my phone :( never ever buy any new car from Kalyani Motors Fraud people.)
kalyani motors is not proficinally managed it is running on brand name people working is not committed to what they promised, for greedy they say lot, maruti suzuki company need to follow up the customers feedback as well as management to check and control with yard stick rules.
I have booked a car Swift VXI - Silver colour during Oct. 2014 paying Rs.5000/- and I wanted the car to be delivered before Dec 31st, One Mr. Nagesh salesman aksed me to give the full amount by DD and the car will be delivered before Dec.31st. Hence, I gave the DD for the complete amount on 17.12.2014, but on 19.12.14 Nagesh called me over phone and told that silver colour is not available as it is damaged during transit and only white is available and you have to buy the same. It is really shocking.

As we are not interested, we told him that we want only Silver colour. But till now no news about the delivery of the car.

Since there is a price hike, they have will give me the car with New price.

very bad experience. M/s Kalyani Motor people do not have the courtesy to say sorry.

Now I have lost the interest of buying a car.

Avalahalli branch kalyani motors worst branch, cheaters. First we are booking swift dzire zxi in Tumkur but the vehcile is stopped for some manufacturing problems they said booking amount will be returned as it is, secondly we book the same in kalyani motors avalahalli they said we are giving the vehicle within 20 days otherwise we return the same, here also the same problem. finally we purchase the vehicle in Bimal agency within 2 days, but we booking amount kalyani motors not returned untill now, we call the staff and teamleader they are saying we are returning after deducting the cancellation charges1000, the fault is kalyani motors sales executive priya and his team leader roopkumar. his fault they are deducting my money. what a nonsense people, they dont no the common sense why are they deducting my earnings. they dont no the basic knowledge. please no body is not go to purchase vehil;e with kalyani motors.

I have exchanged my ecco to swift vxi in nagadevana halli branch while booking time true value sales man told me 10000 rs they will block after reciving noc from bank we can give u back, I taken my vehicle delivery 5/2/16 but till today I have not recived my remaining ammount simply they are telling resons . I have very bad experience with kalyani motors, while booking time u will get respect after that they will not recive ur call, I have booked glizning grey salesman told me that colour is not available white is available after duing payment they once again changed colour finely they given silver . Very bad experience with kalyani motors

I wanted to share my personal opinion about Kalyani Motors medahalli avlahalli branch . I have given my car for service 2 times in Kalyani Motors because it's a standard show room for maruthi. But after given only I came to know that Kalyani Motors doest have any standard check points when doing reassemble parts of the vehicle.

First time I have given my car for repair work ( front side damaged) in the month of July 2015. After the repaired I opened the bonet & I found that wiper water tank bolt was not fitted. I only called coordinator and told them to fit. After 2 week I went for night journey in the same vehicle there I found head lamp was not working, which was fitted new head lamp, after that I came to know that head lamp connection was missed .

Second time 2016
I given my car for service in same branch, (80000 km all service kit replaced, spark plug, oil changed). With same car I went to native and I found that there was huge vibration of car and sound, I really shocked and I given my car to garage, there I found that engine base bolt was in loosen condition, that means no proper application of torque when doing re-assembly.

You people are playing with life of the customer. A garage have good quality conscious than Kalyani Motors.

Please take the necessary action against these

Kalyani motors True value can be called as False value, i experienced very bad valuers in kalyani motors. So i am planing to change my brand.

Good Running condition zen vxi, 2004 model, they quoted for 35, 000.00. even if i go for scrap i will be getting more.

if it is going like this definitely maruti will loose its customer in very short span.

My Serious Suggestion is to take care of your product & customers from these kind of cheap valuates. i hope they are bought from scrap markets.

I have booked Swift in the month of June, I have been calling them from last 1 month but there'sno response.. I was told I would get the delivery in a month, but it's more than 45 days and they have no idea when they'll be able to do the delivery.

Really horrible service. They just want the customer to book the car immediately, but once they bookbookey stop responding.

I regret booking a car here at Kalyani Motors.
I booked a cellario zxi but the executive who took the full payment now not delivered on time. ..executive are unprofessional and they are making false promise. .. kalyani mysore road is the worst. .. please I suggest other not to book there. ..
Be Aware of Nayandalli Kalyani.

I took new Swift Dezire car from them, backside bumper was not fitted properly and it was got dammaged, at the time of delivery I got noticed my self but I didn't inform to the executive. Day after tomorrow of delivery I noticed them with picture, they told they will repair and they didn't assure about replace in case it not get repair.
I told them to verify the CC Camera, and I complain to [protected]@kalyani.com also.
Till now nobody called me and asked me the problem and I didn't get the assurance for replacement.
Please beware about Nayandalli Kalyani.

Please point to be noted:.
1. Please do the Video record of each and every part of your Car before delivery.
2. They are selling the dented cars, I think those are rejected from other Showrooms.
3. Executives are not allow you to look the entire Car in the time of delivery and they will make you busy.
Please verify the entire Car. they are not responsible for anything after deliver, after delivery they are planning to grab the money from the services.
Worst Sales Team in Kalyani Motors, Nayandahalli...

I, Praveen HM., purchased Brezza Vitara ZDi+ KA41MB1142 vehicle on 21st June 2017. Unfortunately on 8th Aug 2017, my car met with minor accident (dog hit). I drove the vehicle for around 8 KM and I could able to see the high temperature alarm. I stopped the vehicle. This was happened in Madhugiri to Pavagada road.
1. Neither Maruti Suzuki or Kalyani Motors came to my rescue when I was in trouble. I did not got road side assistance... Called private towing and arranged to Kalyani Motors, Nayandahalli.
2. Sales team cheated me by not giving clear information about the insurance. I came to know that my vehicle insurance not covered engine and paid RS. Two lakhs + for engine replacement
3. The Sales lead unable to answer my simple query that when he was done extended warranty of RS. 14, 000 without consulting me (which was optional) and why they have not done extra RS. 2000 for insurance cover for engine. I did wrong thing to get the insurance brokerage with Maruti...
It pained me when I paid 2 lakhs for engine replacement due to inability of Kalyani Motors, Nayandahalli to give information on vehicle insurance during vehicle purchase.

I did the complaint to both Kalyani Motors Nayandahalli and Maruti Suzuki... Both did not had minimum courtesy to reply to my complaint... NOT PROFESSIONALS...
