Sir,

I have a gas connection vide consumer no.K-36215 with M/s Kamla Gas Agency, Kalka Garhi Chowk, Nehru Nagar, Ghaziabad, UP.

I have booked my cylinder for refilling on 21.12.2010 and booking number was not given & said After 10 days You can collect the same from (Vehicle Owner : Mr. Mukesh) Khora Gaon Near Indian Public School. but after 10 Days I regularly go there but the distribution vehicle had not come yet today. several time i had make reminder for the same after every day. But it is regret to inform you that I could not received the delivery of cylinder which i had booked on 21.12.10.

I would like to invite your kind attention on the above and to inform you that it is not the first time but it happens all the time.

It is requested to kindly take appropriate action against the dealer so that problem of delay in delivery of refill cylinder may be resolved and people should not suffered more in this connection.

There is too much distance between my address (as mentioned below) to Vehicle Owner/Distributor : Mr. Mukesh Khora Gaon Near Indian Public School (Distribution Station).
So please arrange to change the Distribution Station as nearest to Sahil Public School.
