[Resolved]  Kanpur Gas & Allied agency — Gas Distribution Problem

Dear Sir,

This is to bring to your kind notice that I am the regular consumer (Consumer No. 615079) of HP Gas with M/s.Moogambika Gas Agency, Vandalur, Chennai-600 048 since June, 2001.

First thing the above said Agency is not properly supplying the Gas Cylinders to the Consumers in time.

I have given so many reminders against the Agency in Person or over Phone.

I have made complaints to the following places also about their poor services.

I am cusumer of Mesars Senger Gas Agency, 93-C.G.T. road kalyanpur kanpur my son go to agency for booking gas cylinder 23/10/10 agency'employs write my cosumer no.251 in his register but did not write date in back side of coupne. my son asked what date he come to take cylinder.Agency's employ said to my son confirm dated on 4/11/10 or 5/11/10.when my son go to agency date 8/11/10 asked about cylinder booking agency's employ siad your rasid is cut and noted my consumer no.251 in his reminder register and siad i will give you home delivery one or two days but agency did not deliver my cylinder.Than my son go to date 11/11/10 and asked for cylinder booing agency's empoly
said i deliver your cylinder after date 14/11/10.
I live in panki kanpur and agency is so far from my house.I and my son do private job.i can not take many leaves.i want to transfer my conection.Agency's employ already have my coupne and asked me original documents.

Worst service and staff I ever seen in my life.
Senger gas agency, iit gate, kalyanpur, kanpur worst gas agency in kanpur . They have worst service .If you want any gas go to any other agency it is worst agency .They also do lot of blackmarketing.

SENGER GAS AGENCY, iit gate, kalyanpur, kanpur worst service i have ever seen worst service .All the staff and cylinder delayis common thing. Avoid all services of SENGER GAS AGENCY, iit gate, kalyanpur, kanpur
