I had visited your oulet on 23rd July'11 @ Maxus Mall,Bhayender which had a kiosk on the ground floor.

The kiosk had an offer highlighted on the Glass facade which said we would be getting a (Hair cut+Shampooing +Blow dry) at Rs.110.

The moment i visited your outlet on the 3rd floor the offer changed to 165 for (Stylish Hair cut+Shampooing +Blow dry) for which i agreed to.

The moment i finished my hair cut the offer changed again and this time i was told by Mr. Navi that Rs 165 was only for the stylish hair cut.

I spoke to the Manager Sonale and she agreed to the offer but by that time i lost my interest in getting these services done. The point i'm tryint to make is that mistake are done by everyone but you should train your people to not lie about the whole thing. I was disappointed with the attitude of your staff especially after confirming the same with him.

I suggest he should learn how to speak to customers and most of all he was not sorry about his act and he felt he was right with a very inappropriate behavior

There was an another offer which i was going to avail for Rs 2000 for my wife wherein you were giving some yearly package. I didn't go for this offer only because of experiene.

I hope you understand there are too many salons today which are competition to you. It would make it very difficult for your customers if this kind of attitude continues.

You being a salon academy it will be very difficult for you build your name in the market.

I have had the worst experience just yesterday and have never come across such a salon where they cut so amateur. even the local salon who are very old fashioned are better then this maxus mall ground floor salon. no matter it is for 100 rs, but atleast the barber should know how to cut... my hair is uneven from both sides and i am looking like a laughing stock. is that the best u could offer? i need a professional touch now and i want that done in a couple of days. on 2nd floor at maxus mall. but let me tell you that i will not be paying any more..
