Karbonn — bad services after sell

The service of karbonn service center is very much of low category of service. Asansol>kolkata is no. 1 failed service center of mobiles. I had given 2 mobiles of karbonn a7 & a7+ for 1………repair of reciever 2……software update & bt problem. But there is no solution by kolkata service center o[censored]TL more than 20 days. They failed to service &provide parts to there branch of , asansol. If there is any solution than contact me....
