[Resolved] Karbonn Mobiles — service problem | |||
Dear sir, I was given my handset (Karbonn model number kc750) on ayushi electrical to mr. Vijay (Mobile number [protected]), indore (Service centre of karbonn) on 16march2011 for mistake in speaker, but after 15 minute, service centre engineer told me ur mobile handset sent to banglore for changing speaker, but i told him, that mobile not neceserry send for repairing speaker and return my handset without repair, then service centre engeenier told me, that in open ur handset, my fault that some problem also in screen, so please leave ur handset. I was shocked. But i was given handset for repair, now after 45 days, karbonn service centre person told me that ur handset misplaced by courier, what we do? I was lots of time talk with harishji (Banglore) and rijeshji (Banglore) on mobile number [protected] and [protected] resp. But their is no proper solution regarding this metter. Serial number of mobile [protected]. Handset given on ayushi electricals on 16.03.2011, job sheet no. i m sunil, i purchase the karbonn mobile k-550 from shiv telecome mangolpuri in april, but i m facing the problem related charger and battery . i went to mobi fone service center block-g-3, plot no.72-73, sec.16, rohini, delhi-89. but this service center worst in delhi bcoz no sense of talkingn always give one week time but never solve problem. poor service center and suggest me to purchase another mobile. plz take action fast.

Worst ever service.. I have karbonn titanium x .. some booting problem appeared with my mobile within a month.. I gave it for service... 4 months passed away but still I didn't get my mobile. The servicers don't even respect the customers... china mobile is better tan this karbonn. I will never allow my family and friends to buy this mobile.even sometimes I feel to kill these servicers... PLS GUYS DONT BYE KARBONN MOBILES.. their service centers are fake authorised.. KARBONN MOBILES ARE EQUAL TO ...
