Karbonn Mobiles — No Warranty Support

The Item: Tablet Brand: Karbonn (www.karbonnmobiles.com) Model: ST-10 Serial No. : ST[protected] I have purchased the item through online on 29/May/2013. After having problem with this, I have given the item to the Company Authorized Service Center on 12/Aug/2013 for Warranty repair. From then onwards, they are not repairing the item & making false promises. The job sheet no. is 559. The Service Center Address: Global Mobile Service Center, #114, Sri Rama Complex, 2nd Floor, Marathahalli, Bangalore 560097, Ph:[protected], Mob: [protected]. I have contacted with the company at [protected]@karbonnmobiles.com. But, instead of proving me any concrete solution, they are just directing to other places (another phone no, email id etc), from where I am not getting any response (like phone is not working, no reply from mail id etc.).
