[Resolved]  Karbonn Mobiles — Poor service

I bought Karbonn S5 Titanium model through ebay and now it has problem with wifi & Motion sensor, i gave it to Prime Tech Services and they solved the problem, but again after 3 days the mic of the mobile is not working and went again to there and they told to go to other service centre that is Karbonn Branch Office, Hyderabad. I went there for repair but those people rejected to do service as the mobile seal broken which was made by Prime Tech Services and there is no log regarding the complaint, regarding that he is saying that there is are 2 groups in the company and they logged in Jaina group so it not showing in UTL. i dont understand what all this crap. since 1 month i am vexed with the service centre and i want a proper reply and my mobile to be repaired by you

Dear Karbonn Moblies,

It is to bring to your notice that, I have been assured of fake promises and cheated by one of your service center in dehra dun.

I have Karbonn A 37 HD TAB, In service center at dehra dun, My screen was changed by them. Problem was that it wasnt charging and My device has not got any scratch on it then how come my screen got damaged? Still then till today Service center incharge couldnt fix it.
Kindly look into the matter or I will have to stop believing on the trust worthness of your company and I may not buy any Product of your company in future.

Hi my name is part hi ban I as parches karbonnsmarta10 august mont2014 ofter 2months problem in my phone ime number delete i contect service center madurai 17/10/2014...ths service center my mobile transfor to chennai center...this time no respont our company..pls hlp me ...

sir i have karbon mobile titanium s9 model since last two and half month my phone is out of service but service center did not response me.Local service center of karbon kept my phone twice for 15 days but returned me unattended, i contacted karbon care but they only consolate me that company executive will contact u shortly, but they did not.please justice.

Attention : Hello, I Mohammed amin from srinagar, Kindly pay some attention on this as My phone karbonn titanum s5 having IMEI NO .[protected] was submitted on 22 october2014 with Job sheet No:16865because of touch paid to service centre in srinagar.Till now its 28th Feb 2015 I still not recieve my phone back.Every time I call they say phone will be available in next 5 days.Even .i call customer care so many times even though i talk with senior executi ve but they all lie they said your phonne are in service team I humbly request you to pay some attention in this regards and get me my phone back...

I would call the service center more than 50 time & walked nearly 20 times & even I traced the tamilnadu service manager Mr.Sathish ph [protected] but no use, he is avoiding my call. Kindly do me the needful.

Privacy Pin Password not unlocking

Karbonn A11* password not unlocking after trying default one. Also service center don`t having its solution. Kindly revert asap
