Karbonn — Responsibility of the service center in returning my phone | |||
Hello, I had bought a Karbonn A5 smartphone from flipkart.com in November 2012 and in august some problem arises with the second sim card and the phone usually hangs. So, I had been to the service center in jalandhar, Punjab and file my complaint as the phone is in warranty period. They took my phone and tell me to come after on week. After one week I again visited the service center and the gave my phone and told me to check it if the problem is resolved or not. I checked and the problem was not resolved.So, I told them and they said that they have to send the phone to the company.Then I asked them how many days will it take for the company to repair my phone. They said only 20-25 days. Then I said OK send it to the company as 20-25 days does not matter much. But it's around 2 months and still I have not got my phone. After one month I visited the service center, first they tried to find my mobile and when they are not able to find my mobile they said that it will take another month. A few days ago I called them and asked about my phone, they kept me in hold for around 20 mins and at last they said that we will tell you later when we find it. Now from 2 to 3 day I tried to call them but they don't pick up my phone and don't reply. During my visit to the service center I noticed that the people working in the service center are not at all loyal to their customers. They keep on disconnecting the phone when some one called them for any complaint So, Kindly help me to get my phone from the company or the service center. Was this information helpful? | |||
