Squise or loose thickness

I had purchase a Karlon khushi mattress from ROY FURNITURE of Kancharapara WEST BENGAL . The date of purchase 9th September 2011 . The size of mattress 78 inch - 72inch - 4inch . Now middle portion of the mattress loose it's thickness . I time and again request them to visit the mattress. They did not care it .
