Karrm Infra should make all things crystal clear, when there are so many doubts in the mind of the public at large. They should upload copies of the name change, they should give details of other hidden expenses to garner confidence of the public. Project is at distant place and there is no infrastructure to reach there, presently it is inhabitable, may be gradually within 3/4 years, all facilities come up.
Banks my back the project, but one needs to do inspection/ verification on his own after all loan has to be repaid by the buyer, Banks disburse loan and recover it, you verify before investing your hard-earned money. Also cross check with the previous buyers of the Karrm, who have occupied their flats, ask for their experience about the Karrm.
I observed in above comments that only " vijaypujari9804 " is talking nice about Karrm, there are no more good comments from others experience. Why?
You just cannot blindly say that the construction is illegal, what is the reason behind this allegation. Is it only because, they have changed the name from Ekkta dimension to Karrm Infrastructure Pvt Ltd... If it is so.. we all are aware of the fact ...
If you have any other point, you need to put the same on Board for discussion. Instead of pointing fingures on others...

It is good that this builder is doing transaction all in white, irrespective to other builders who have those black & white component... and every body is aware of it.
You can check it personally, just visit any builder near by ... and they will come out with this figure.
IT raid is good, this will prove that this builder's transaction is Clear... & transparent.
For possession, documentation, society related any problems to whom we ask either EKKTA DIMENSION PVT.LTD DHASAI SHAHAPUR THANE, SHAHPUR, Thane, Maharashtra or KARRM INFRASTRUCTURE PVT.LTD DHASAI SHAHAPUR THANE, SHAHPUR, Thane, Maharashtra. I think this is fraud company...nobody have to trust... u will be lost ur money & get diffrent things not as mentioned eminities or perfect area...
Just because the name of the project is changed, this builder is New & was forced to change the project named as one similar name builder has registered this trade mark of Ekta with the company Registrar.
Now the above builder had to change the name from Ekkta Residency to Karrm Residency... if you have any doubts just visit their HO in thane and get it clearified or check with the company Registrar.
They have already registered their company in the name of Karrm Infrastructure Pvt Ltd & Karrm Residency.
About the Amenities, just go and visit the site you will come to know... that he is near to finish up with few of the promised amenities... and area cannot be compromised and have already given on the Internet and floor plan is been given to every individual with calculation... the loading as usual is of 33.3% and the same is standard.
Yesterday i had visited this site and current project status is 2 BHK is sold out and 1 BHK very few flats are pending and few 1 RK. i.e. around 85% booking has been completed in a span of 2 1/2 months time...
So even now, you go their and visit personally and dont believe on the rumours... go Visit the site and take your call.

I have booked 2BHK apartment in the above project and receipt was issued in name of Ekkta Residency. I sent emails to them to provide more updates but ith no response. If they have changed the names, isn't it necessary to inform the customers about change in name so that the customers are not worried and panic unnecessarily.
Can they issue the revised receipts to keep us updated and confirm their plans accordingly
i have visited the site its good but as per the commitment of the builder they will hand over the flat within 2 year can we get any type of agreement regarding that and if we apply loan for that flat can we get any type of agreement that till the flat is hand over to us there will not any interest to us every thing will paid by the builder itself ...

The marker lot of romour is spread thats why people are worry about the investing in that properties Please get the people believe in you
Forget about the name change and all do we expect appreciation in near by years because now the transport system is not at par to reside there
nor do i see in near 2 to 3 years the would be any development in near by areas

I am new to this discussion..i saw the ad for this developer in Sunday Times yesterday...i also tried calling them on the HO number & they said that whatever queries we have would be solved or resolved by the PRO at the site. I heard about this name change of the developer from this site itself. I wasnt aware of this. So if the developer had changed the name as per what you people say ( i read through the comments above ) what difference or issues will it bring in? Will we actually have any issues or probelms? Yesterdays paper said that 1RK flats are being sold out for Rs. 6, 71, 400/- something. I would ask about people who have actually booked in the flats there, have they received original receipts and have they faced any kind of issues for the same.
I HAD A BRIEF DISCUSSION WITH THEM TODAY.THEY ARE NOT TOO MUCH OPEN ABOUT THEIR PROJECT. I MADE CALCULATION ABOUR 1BHK = 719 SFT BUILT UP AND WE GET ONLY 481 SFT CARPET ONLY A LOAD OF 33% THAT TOO IN ASANGAON. I UNDERSTAND THIS IN MUMBAI AREA. THE COST IS RS, 1850 FOR HIGHER FLOOR WHIH IS NOT TOLD INITIALLY. BASIC COST RS. 1, 330, 150
OTHER AMMENITIES RS. 184, 512, HENCE TOTAL COST OF FLAT COMES TO 17'00'000/-. THERE IS EXTRA CHARGES FOR WATER / ELEC, 45000 & PARKING 55000/- & STRUCTURE FEES 5000/- THESE ARE TOO HIGH.
