Dear Sir:

Sub: Non Receipt of Application Payment

With reference to above we stat that we have applied for 1105 Shares (encl application form # 4 7603829 in allotment FPO – PGCIL status) and given cheque #791363 dated 11/11/2010 of ICICI bank for Rs. 99,450/-.

This Amount was debited from my account on 16/11/2010 (encl. Copy of Bank Account Statement). Surprisingly we have received ECS only for Rs. 52,650/- instead of Rs. 99,450/- vide your allotment/refund advice #1368963 on dated 25/11/2010 in Canara bank link account (Encl. Bank Statement of Canara bank).

When we enquired at your local office we were informed that ‘No’ shares has been allotted to us and only Rs. 52,650/- was credit given to us in bank account and Rs. 46,800/- was not received by them. But as per bank Statement it was fully debited Rs. 99,450/- from my account.
