[Resolved]  Karvy Stock Broking Ltd. — a/c maintenance charges on closed a/c

mohammed anis client id[protected]dp id. in 301557 sebi regn. in[protected]karvy stock broker)---- I was maintaining my d'mat a/c with karvy's saharanpur br. since sept.2002 & got it closed on 14/09/2006 by making full & final payment Rs.1030.68as per their bill dt. 25/07/2006, simultaneously i got all my shares to kotak sec. afterthe closure of the a/cwith karvy, TCS transferred 10 bonus shares of 2006 to karvy which i could know from TCS after a rigorous followup with them. when i approached karvy's saharanpur br., through kotak of the transfer of the shares, they turndown my request & demanded a/c maintenance charges Rs. 750. In this connection i would submit as under:--that they never intimated me about the receiptof tcs shares, nor they sent any stock holding/ charges statement after the closure of my a/c with them. My approach to karvy's hyderabad/ lucknow offices through e.mails/letters/telephonic calls could not yeild any response, hence i request that my shares be transferred without any charges.thanks.
