I am(Rambabu shaw) a costomer of your indane gas .My consumer no is 7215.i have booked my gas on date[protected] but yet[protected] i have not recived gas.Please take action against this Poor service.

Indane Gas — LATE DELIVERY AND VERY VERY BAD RESPONSE

Since last so many time our local agent(M/S AMRAPALI GAS SEVA) behaviour is very bad and service is too late.They are not refile after completion of 21 day or even 40 days many time.But gas available in black . I was post a complain also since 6 month ago on same subject .

suppliers not respond to the phone as it is always busy either to make booking or making enquiry about the delivery of the cylinder and the period of cylinder delivery is 30 days whereas it should be 21 days.

I M AGREE WITH YOU. THE DELIVERY SERVICE OF THAT AGENCY IS VERY POOR. AFTER BOOKING THE WAITNG TIME IS MORE THAN 20 DAYS.

We are residents of Greater Noida, Sector-pi-1 dilhi police socity house no A135 . We all are facing very difficulty to the very poor and bad service of the Kasna Indane Gas Service, Greater Noida. They are giving the cylinder after booking of 25 - 30 days. The most important matter is nobody is not response well and the phone is 24x7 busy and no phone of concerned officials for complaining this matter. Sir please help the residents of Greater Noida because we have only one gas agency here and nobody will not give their cylinder for helping the neighbour because the booking gas will reach after one month.
