[Resolved] Kaya Skin Clinic Hrbr Layout Bangalore — Burnt Skin | |||
Hi all this is to bring your kind attention please don’t trust skin clinics in India specially Kaya skin Clinic HRBR Layout Bangalore as they fool people by convincing them to register for some or the other packages. I myself is a victim .One day I had walked in to KAYA CLINIC located in HRBR Layout, Bangalore and I was advised to take package of PR Peel (6 sessions) and dark circle reduction treatment (3 sessions), as I was pretty new to kaya, I had decided to take one by one but they said that I will be saving lots of money if I take the package so I took PR reduction package and paid around 11000 including tax. I started taking the sessions and one day I was advised to take another service for very tiny freckles on my face which believe me friends no body could see without the lenses and I trusted them and took the service and paid around 4200 . I was not told the side affects that may happen after the service and was not explained about the service at all. Now I have big black burn spots all over my face and they are least bothered and arguing that I had signed on the form before taking the service and result may vary from person to person and banging the phone. Actually they know about it as I had been going there since March 2010 and my skin wasn't that bad except for the slight pigmentation.
I had really blasted on them and been very rude to them as I got fed up with the itching and burning sensation for the last 1 month it became really difficult for me to sit for 9-10 hours in the office and 2 hours of commuting with that skin. Finally they were ready to take care of it but there was no timeline given to me and sometimes I was sent back due to electricity problem etc. so I had lost the trust.
The other Kaya clinic which is near to my office is taking care of it.
Well let’s see how it goes and how long it will take... I am really dying to get my same skin back.

I 've been going to Kaya clininc for a couple of months. I' ve had a pimentation on my cheeks and forehead.I had a lot of doubts before consulting them. But, I clarified them with Dr.Jaya. She was wonderful in explaining and making me understand about the whole treatment. And, I would say that kaya has worked wonders. The results are amazing.
I could see the black patches on my cheeks have reduced, infact everybody started telling me that, "your face is glowing, very clear". These results before completing my last session.
And I must say about their staff, they are very supportive, humble and very sweet towards the clients.
They are simply superb.

Yes, I had been associated with Kaya HRBR for last 6 months and had already taken 4-5 PR peel sessions before signing up for the other services and it worked absolutely fine n could see the positive result as well .Pigmentation had been reduced a lot.
And of course Dr Jaya is wonderful Doctor and really a very nice human being which is very important for a doctor. I had no doubt about this and even now I feel she is a very good doctor...that’s the reason I simply followed her advise and blindly signed up for freckle removal treatment ...after a month when she saw my face she herself admitted that it has gone really very bad and she was ready to take the full responsibility but as I had been suffering a lot for a month so may be I had lost the patience.
Well may be some medicine did not suit me as everybody has different skin type or may be because of my busy schedule I could not take care of it.
So no grudges at all...it’s just one more experience in life...and if one can see life in a broader way, skin, looks etc really doesn’t matter at all.
