Kelvinator Fridge — non acceptance of warrenty card

sir,
i purchased a 260pre model double door kelvinator fridge when i was posted in roorkee on 11/9/08.
now i have been posted to kamptee/nagpur. my fridge developed a problemand i informed the service centre.when the rep came i produced my warranty card, but the rep refused saying that he wanted the original bill.since i have changed my loc and the original bill is misplaced he refused to repair.
i believe that the warranty card should have been adequate.there was no response by the service centre as to why the warranty card is not adequate.
i feel chaeted and it seems to be a ploy not to repair the fridge in warranty period.

we purchased Kelvinator Fridge before 1 year and now we faced cooling related problem due to the Compressor failure.we coplained before 1 month but still we facing the same cooling problem.your are please advice how we can resolve the problem.

Dear sir/mam,
My new Refrigerator is not cooling properly from very first day, i told your distributor but he said your refrigerator is working. i am saying yeah it is working only in freezer zone not cooling whole chamber .
I request you please short out my problem as soon as possible
