[Resolved]  Kenstar And Big Bazaar — Bad kenstar product and worst service from Kenstar and big bazzar

We have purchased Kenstar oven from big bazaar on 14/01/2009 CASH Memo# T30/3747 /Mb115. Oven is not working fine every day we are calling Kenstar and big bazaar but no one is taking any ownership.

Further Bigbazzar guys told that oven kit will be given to us by kenstar when kenstar person comes for demo. One guy did come for demo but with no kit and said we have to take it from bigbazzar. Every day we are getting one call form kenstar asking for explanation of this issue and every time person is different. Every time they take address but no one comes to deliver the kit. That demo guy showed demo without even touching the oven???? or did he powered on the oven. When we tried its worst oven I have ever seen. I feel cheated and Am thinking for going to consumer court if i don't get reply within next 2 days.

A Sugestion never ever buy kenstar product also stay away from big bazaar for all electronic stuff.
