[Resolved]  Kenstar Mixer Grinder Toofan — Mixer Grinder is not grinding things properly

I bought a Kenstar Toofan Mixer Drinder a few months back and its not grinding things properly. Am totally dissatisfied with this product and am ready to exchange with a higher version. Am not sure how I can go about this.
