[Resolved]  Kenstar Water Geyser — Not servicing company product on time

Dear viewer I m using a product of videocon Kenstar Geyser,
for thee last 10 day my Geyser is not working I have already complaint regarding theis matter, a company engineer came and checked my Geyser according to him its working properly and he closed thee complaint.
But it is not still in working when I again complain to customer care on 30the oct he says my problem has been closed and theey cant open or register my comlaint again is theis fare.
My questions to company people why you are not listen customer problem.

My comlaint no. was DEL [protected].and this product is under warrenty
