We had installed Kent RO system two & a half years back which is when I thought that I had installed state-of-art water purifier at my house and my family can continue to drink clean water. Little did I know that my comfort level was ephemeral and would lead a short-lived life of only 6 months...which is when I had to put reminders, take stress, deal with uncouth-service-engineers on a regular basis!! I would dread even the regular service engineer visits. Kent RO is a product that works perfectly so long as it works, which is seldom though.
There hasn't been a month where I haven't called the customer service and complained about something or the other. I remember paying around 10000 rupees for the product, and I would have spent close to 20000 by now?? Every 2 three months there would be "pump leakage", tap broken, candle broken, internal wires gone awry. Having used the product now for close to 3 years...the product makes more noise than my washing machine...service engineer charges more for RO repair than I pay for phone and electricity bill combined.
To make matters worse, if we call the service centre...then the person asks us "Do you want me to come from the company's side or should I come as an independent engineer. Independent charges will be less than a half of what I will charge if I come representing the company!!"
That's the kind o[censored]ncouth service engineers you people have hired. I pledge to never take any product of your company...who care more about Hema-malini's saree in their ad than the actual customer problems.
Absolutely pathetic product. Disgusting service. Over sensibility towards customer is zero. Shame on you Kent to be in customer service industry!!
