[Resolved] Kent RO — Non qualified engineer | |||
I purchase Kent RO on 9.7.10. The engineer has fixed the RO and fixed TDS as 10 and broken the knob of the RO and told my wife the TDS is fixed as 50. After 4 days, I called the enigneer and check the TDS, he has told that your TDS is 10 and the water is not usable. The water is use for injection only. I am using the water for the last 4 days. I am surpirised how Kent Co. recruited the unqualified engineer. Pl. advise what can I do? I spent Rs. 15250/- for healthy and better drinkable water but I am using injection water. I have two email to Chairman, Kent, but no reply. Was this information helpful? | |||
