Kent RO — Not listening for The repair of complaints

i have purchased Kent R.O two years back approximately.....We have recived problem in this ....and we have asked dealer to repair it...but he is not paying attention to our complaints....its more than a week that but nobody had come to repair it. please see into this matter as soon as possible.
