Kent Water Purifier - Faulty Services and Parts

This is in regards to the Kent Water Purifier, I had Purchased, 2-3 Years ago. Immediately, after the Warranty Period Expired, the water started Overflowing from the Purifier, spilling All over the House. Repeatedly Complaints have been Lodged, both at the Regional Service Center and also at the National Service Center, but All in Vain. Close to Rs.7000/ has been spent, Parts Replaced, Service Charges spent, but the Problem has yet to be Resolved. Kent is Now not even Bothered to Attend to the Complaint. The Problem contiues to Perisist and Remains to be a Nusiance. Request Immediate Action against the Organzation & Resolution of the Problem.

Needs Immediate Action against the Organization & their Pathetic Services & Exhorbitant Charges paid by the Customer !
