[Resolved]  KINETIC MOTORS — Maintenance and Availability of spares of KInetic Nova 135

Dear Sir,
I bought a Kinetic Nova 135 in the year 2005 , which started giving troubles since 2009.when I recently went ot the Kinetic showroom in Vizianagaram , I was not even considered as customer and they said that they changed to Mahindra now, so they are not liable to serve to Kinetic consumers.They also said that the spare parts are not available and they dodnt know when they are going to acquire the spare parts.
As a consumer who bought a vehicle for 45000/- should face these type answers . I want to clarify legally that when acompany sells a vehicle which costs half lakh , Is it not responsible to serve it for atleast 10 years?.I am also going to make union of all Kinetic consumers and sue the comapny for these type of irresponsible deeds.
