[Resolved]  Kingfisher Airlines — Group booking Refund not paid

We have done advance group booking of 24 people ( in 3 groups ) six months back to Bangalore - Jammu and in return Srinagar - bangalore for the travel date 13th april to 17th April 12 through a travel agent , King fisher has cancelled the flights three weeks before the journey date, Till now they have not refunded the amount ( 3.6 Lakhs), when we ask the travel agent they say KF has not paid them so they are not able to pay us. when contacted KF they are buying time and asking us to contact the Agents (Neptune travels ). We have lost lot of money on the other bookings based on the KF Advance booking, KF should settle the refund at the earliest

Kingfisher Airlines — Reservation

Hello Sir/Mam

I am to fly from hyderbad to patna on 27th may and return on 31st may, regarding which I was trying to book tickets yesterday (08.03.2010) from your airline which was costing me Rs. 8563 (approx).
This was the first time I was to travel with your airline.

But the experience was very annoying....While I was booking tickets (from 11.13 am to 11.28 am on 08.03.2010) I gave all necessary and required information and proceeded through step1, step2 and step3 and submitted the payment details ( since I was paying from debit card, i gave card no., CVV no., pin code and master card authentication password).
But I dont know for what reason the transaction was failed (the net speed I use is 1 Gbps, so not my net connection problem) and no there was no deduction from my account as well.
I tried thrice and when not successful and thought of trying today (09.03.2010)again.
But today morning when I was about to retry booking ticket I found that the prices are gone up by approx. Rs. 2500.
Had the transaction successful yesterday, I would not have to pay Rs. 2500.

So, I request you people to first verify whether I am telling right or wrong and in case I am true then allow me to book ticket at yesterday's price, in the absence of which I am afraid I may have to cancel my trip and will end up having a bitter experinece from Kingfisher Airlines.

(I contacted call center agents four times but they were not helpful except for last call who gave me the email ID where I can Complaint. Instead of looking into the matter deeply, they were simply either blaming me for not contacting agents or were busy in telling me company's policy of flexible fare policy. That I also know that prices can vary anytime but I would have agreed upon this if I would have not tried booking tickets before today, when I am saying that I tried yesterday when prices were down but was failed due to your site problem, why should I pay for that fault which I have not conducted)

Kingfisher Airlines — Seat reservation in KF airlines

Dear Sir,

I had travelled in Kingfisher Airlines on 19th Nov 2011 from BLR - Dubai. I had reservced the seats (in Row 25) well before during online ticket booking and same was confirmed in my ticket. When I boarded the flight on the 19/11/2011, I was surprised to see that the seat allotted was Row 38 which is the last row of the flight.
I want register this complaint on this ground to kingfisher management that, why I was alloted/.confirmed the seat during booking and changed while boarding (check-in). I was mistreated in this by the cabin crew. The cabin crew treats the last seaters as lobours class. I want clear explaination this also.
if we have technology for booking why it is manupulated by the system. Let me know if you need scanned copy of boarding pass and online ticket .

Please do the needful.

Kingfisher — Refund of Booking

Hi

I had booked tickets on Kingfisher airline from Mumbai - Mangalore and return on 16/10/2011 for flights on 24/01/12 and 28/01/12. I had given my dads contact details as my parents were the one travelling. On 10/12/2011 my father got a call from kingfisher where they told him that the flight to mangalore has been cancelled and instead he would have to fly via bangalore and the flight would take of at 9:30 Am and reach at 1:15 Pm to which he agreed. But when I saw the revised confirmations it showed the to flight from Mumbai - Bangalore - Mangalore Started at 9:15 Am and reaches mangalore at 4:50 Pm when I approached Kingfisher for a cancellation they are now saying that they would charge me for the cancellation. When I refused the charges I am being bounced around their call cneter with the Web Check in call center[protected] asking me to call the pune call center[protected] I found i have again been connected to the bangalore call center.


And it is a merry go around with i being redirecetd and being kept on hol without any solutions for periods up to 25 Mins.
