Kingfisher Airlines — Non-receipt of refund of cancelled flight

I have booked ticket from Port Blair to Chennai for 17 Dec 12 and Back from Chennai to Port Blair on 29 Dec 12. PNR Ticket Number - FJECCJ booked on 28 Sep 12. Flights were cancelled by their own and have not refunded the amount till now. I have tried to contact many times but the Airlines is not responding.
