[Resolved] Kohinoor — Extremely poor services | |||
Kohinoor Electronics Vashi have extremely poor services. We bought a Hitachi AC and they had told us that this will be fitted in 3 days but for 6 days in hot summer, these people didn't appear. After that I was forced to go to shop to remind them that they have to send someone to fit AC. On top of that this shop has very very poor customer servies, they do not pick calls and customer keeps struggling once you pay at this shop. After that they told us that installation will be free but persons who came t install asked us installation charges. After struggling lot with them we tried a lot to contact this horrible Kohinoor shop and they did not pick call, even we tried 30-15 times. Please do not go to this shop, I can bet, you'll regret once you pay Was this information helpful? | |||

Kohinoor are never responsible for anything after taking payment. Their services are pathetic

Kohinoor — packet was empty
Sirbought a packet of kohinoor on 6/8/2008 but there was nothing inside
went to the shopkeeper, he said he is not responsible
