THE PROMOTER IS ILLEGALLY CONSTRUCTING AN ADDITIONAL FLOOR AT 24, MONOHAR PUKUR SECOND LANE,KOLKATA-29, WARD-85.
WHILE THE SANCTIONED PLAN IS G+3, THE PROMOTER IS CONSTRUCTING G+4.
THE TOP (FOURTH) FLOOR IS STILL BEING CONSTRUCTED.PLEASE TAKE NECESSARY ACTION.

Dear sir,
illegal construction was started just opposite of behala club.
Wife of late somor adhikary & gopal mukerjee residing at 33 bonomali naskar road.Behala .P.S.Parnasree.
Kolkata[protected].
This is to inform you that there is illegal construction of floor work in progress at 57/a Tiljala Masjid Bari Lane Kolkata-700039 4th floor and after complaining this matter to k.mc vide complain no.p54202012 on dated 21/12/2012 name sikandar azam which is given online and another complain was given written on dated.31/12/2012 and in the name of action they give posting for forth floor which is already outstanding for third floor and again for forth floor but posting is not the solution corporation will have to give NOC abiut that floor this floor is not harm that building so take necessary action for ours.

The promoter is doing illegal construction and not at all listening to neighbour's words. They are not obeying anything of KMC rules and doing extensions and making G+4 building when the road is only 4 ft in width. How can they pass this type of illegal procedures or they are really not obeying KMC at all. We are really socked that these type of activities are going on at Kolkata. The Police also very much reluctant to take any steps against them after repeated complaining. Please take some drastic steps against those Promoters earliest to save our Kolkata. Thanks.
Even they are doing safety tank infront of our house and not obeying the rules of leaving the space at least 2 ft. from the boundary of neighbour. Pleae suggest what should we do.
The promoter illegally constructed a Flat in ground floor without obeying KMC Plan whereas G+3 building Plan against 2126A Vidhya Sagar Sarani/ Kol-63.
When he obtain such Plan shown Land instead of old building as a result Plan sanction G+3 instead of G+2. Shown 12 feet road for entrance instead of 8 feet Road.
Now promoter with family is residing in Ground Floor, as per complain KMC personnel attended and met to the promoter and his family but no action still initiate after several written and verbal complain to Dy.Chief Engg/Building Dept./S.S.Unit/Word-124/Behala/Kol-34.
Please take action to demolish the illegal construction as well as against this Promoter as earliest.
Illigal construction of wall blocking my windowsRespected Sir, Help me out to get rid of this below problem. Am staying away & my family (wife, Paromita Shome 91-[protected] & son, 15 years old) staying in my Kolkata residence. This year I came to know that 35 Prasanna Naskar Lane was sold to a person named Mr Prashanta Naskar ( 91-[protected]) without intimating us (myself nor to my sister). Mr Prashanta Naskar has a business of manufacturing of plastic bags & he is using the premises as a godown which is illegal, risky n hazardous in nature. He is trying to capture our plot & harassing us in all means. In absence of my family during puja holiday Mr Prashanta Naskar illigaly blocked my 2 pre-existing windows raising a wall leaving only an inch space from our premises. As a result our water line also got trapped & no further repair possible as its going between our premises wall & the newly constructed illegal wall built by Mr Prashanta Naskar. I have already informed Commissioner of police, Honourable Chief Minister Madam Mamata Banerjee, Human rights commission & the media. My earnest request is to look after the matter n allow my family to breath fresh air n have healthy n sufficient water supply. Expecting a true support from your side Sir. Am jotted down again the scary n life threatening episode of my family: • On 3rd July when I was in Mumbai Mr Prashanta Naskar called some (4-5 in numbers) goons n threat my wife n son when I was in Mumbai physically. • On 8th July he again called up 10-12 numbers of hooligans (who told they are promoters) trashed me & pushed my wife down, threw away her mobile phone & sealed one of my windows facing Mr Prashanta Naskar’s premises. • On 22nd July prior leaving to Lagos (Nigeria) for official duty I sent you my first email showing my worry of life threatening environment created by Mr Prashanta Naskar. • On 25th of July I received a relieved letter from CP of Kolkata's side: Quote: Dear Mr. Joydeep Shome, Please refer to your e-mail dated 22.07.14. The Deputy Commissioner of police, South Suburban Division, Kolkata has been requested to take necessary action into the matter. Yours sincerely, Commissioner of Police, Unquote: • On 9th September I sent my second email request to CP to protect my wife n son as I was planning to move to Singapore. Threatening from Mr Prashanta Naskar’s side was to cut my water supply line & abusing my wife with all filthy languages (including ###) in presence of my 15 years son. I was worried if my son take any wrong step against these provocations that may ruin his life as he is a student & can be life threatening also for him as Mr Prashanta Naskar is calling up the goons everytime. If these hooligans can thrash me n pushed my wife to ground they can do anything I believe. I have the photographs of all the hooligans Mr Prashanta Naskar called that day. • Received an immediate reply from CP's side on above email which gave me relief. There is an illegal contruction of an additional floor going on in 2/1 A/H/9 NAWAB ALI LANE, EKBALPORE KOLKATA-700023. This is a 22 to 23 year old one floor building. Now suddenly they are making additional floor without any prior notice to there tenants. The building is already to weak.inspite of that they are doing construction work saying they are only repairing but new floor is being made so please look into dis matter as soon as possible

An illegal building is undergoing beside 6' (six feet) lane which have no such valid permissions and the materials are not good. The construction is still going on please look up to the matter as soon as possible.

Land Owner-Mr.Prakash Kumar Saha and Mr.Rajender Kumar Saha, S/O-Mr.Ganesh Prashad Saha, 34, Orphanage Road, Khiderpur-P.S.-Watgung.Kolkata-700023.
Building Plan approved by KMC-G+4 only and its also mention in my registered deed, builder not make building as per layout so that we at unable to get CC of this building.
Now builder and promotor making many illegal construction on ground floor and planning to make (G+5 and G+6) also illegal and they want sale out.This building is an ownership building.
We all flat owners tell them to stop illegal construction now they are using many local antisocial person to make illegal construction we all also try to stop illegal construction they threaten to all building owners abused to all.
We given a written complain also in Watgung police station but still they have not taken any legal action to stop illegal construction.
The local anti social persons is working with support of local police station and local Ward Councilor.
I request to you please send your investing team and stop illegal construction and safe our building and me to also.
We also going to move for 144 on this premises but before that you take necessary action against that people.
I attached herewith complain copy for your reference which given to Watgung Police station.

The illegal construction addreses is 307A Roy Bahadur Road. PS Behala. ward no.117. Kolkata -700053.

Promoter is illegally constructing an additional floor after 30 Years of this building at 28/H/19 Sir Syed Ahmed Road Kolkata- 700014, PS- Beniapukur, PO- Entally. While in last Earthquake there was a huge impacted saw on the pillars of the building, this building is more than 30 years old and now they are constructing illegally floors on the terrace, this building can be collapse any time, they have given amount to police and locals to complete their activity smoothly, local party is also involved in this, please help these people's residing in this building
