[Resolved]  Kolkata Police — Sound Pollution

There is a marriage hall name shibalay marriage halls in 1.dhapa road kolkata 700105(uthkalpara) in side the uthkal para, every day play music and much noise late night 12am, 1am, 2 am no control. i have told them many time to stop that but nothing happen, local police also know that problem but no action..I request the State Govt to take immediate action. Help me out this problem, relay vary hard to sleep in night ..

In the area called Indiranagar, ( Near Mahajati Nagar Birati, Full speaker sound for Kirtan. There are people who is sick and students studing. What is the point in having a kirtan in full sound, where the entire birati area is affacted.

Areas like Ashwininagar, Baguipara of Baguiati area have frequent blasting of loudspeakers. The organisers put up loudspeakers in front of residential buildings, on residential lanes on the pretext of having some social function or the other.. Topping this there are kirtans going on full volume. The persons creating this nuisance feign ignorance and helplessness pushing the responsibility on others' shoulders. Police is happily sleeping over this. Every alternate day loudspeakers are put up for days blasting away the whole day disrupting peace, concentration for students and causing fatigue to the residents who are helpless to protest against the rowdies who even have political link ups.

Since yesterday loudspeakers have been pulled down but we live in fear of when suddenly these would come up again.

This post seems to have number of similar complaints but I wonder how many of these have been actually investigated into.

There is a area name 71 lala Babu Shire Road Belurmath Howrah 711202. This area is called Belur. Every evening, particularly, Monday, Tuesday, Saturday and Sunday, full blast loud speaker si switched on and it continues till midnight. I have my exams and I m not able to study for this misbehaving act.
I request the State Govt to take immediate action.

It's Sunday 5:30 AM I'm writing with really angry mood. A party set up here a blood donation camp and playing loud full music don't know why. Please help us anyone.
I can not even complaint to police as party is TMC and you know how this will ended up.
Please any authority seeing this solve our concerns.
