Battery non due poor customer service
Dear friends, I purchased inverter with battery for Rs15,000 on 13/4/2010 and i has 2 years warranty till 13/4/2012. my invoice number #0089. Once power goes off battery has less than 10minutes backup but they have promised 4 to 6 hours backup. After many service person checking and finally by 27/10/2011 they took a written complaint that battery has low backup. By 4/2/2012 battery started leaking. I have made around lot and lot of oral complaint since starting of 2011. by February one service person came and accepted that battery is faulty and it has 2damaged cells and that is the reason for all the nightmares. They took my battery and gave a very old non working standby battery which has just 2 minute power backup. I cannot approach exide as the battery is under their name. it is April now and still they are saying they will get back to me. I have been calling them almost everyday this caused mental agony and totaly mental depression. Please help me recover. They have been changing words since February and never serviced or replaced the battery which i sent them. i have statement for backup battery as well. Also phone recording proof of all conversation. Please help.I tried contacting their Managing Director Sanjay Dutt but no proper responce or callback.
