KOOL HUT- HITACHI CELESTA WINDOW AC - AC NOT WORKING

This is in regard to the 2 Window ACs that I purchased an year ago. One of the two ACs is not cooling at all.of Third and final service of the both ACs was done in the month of April,2012, and at that time too the AC was not cooling properly.Prior to this we had 2 window ACs (Carrier) which gave very good service for Seven years.
