delivary system

Hai sir
recently i purchase two items on feature bazaar but your courier person without information coming my room but unfortunately i am not their so he calling but i am not attend 1 hour after i call back.and next day means today i am call and tell the person to today please give my friend waiting for you,and he is give you my id also,But he is coming and call me, i have not in coverage area so he go back so please kindly tell me suggestion my delivary no-8100490753,
