[Resolved]  Kotak Life Insurance — Ask extra Charges for sending a policy documents

Hi,

I am Gopal Patil.

I took a ULIP from kotak life insurance in Apr 2009.
As per their official records they are saying that , "we have dispatched your policy documents on 24 apr 2009", but till date I dint received any policy documents.
Also I inquired at the post office nearer to my address and as per their record that post office did not received any policy document with registration number - EM[protected]IN via speed post.

I contacted a agent through whom I took policy, now is he not responding to my queries.
Then I contacted to customer care and also send a mail.
As per kotak's procedure I sent a scan copy of declaration format provided by kotak.

Now their customer representative asking me to do some unnecessary things and also asking for some charges and stamp duties. I read all the clauses of Kotak ULIP and They only fail to do the right action on time because of their internal issues.

I did all the things on time and now they are saying that please excuse us as we could not respond you on time, but now you have to follow this procedure.

Please guide me.
