[Resolved] Kotak Mahindra Bank — Regarding Debit Card... | |||
I swiped my Kotak Mahindra Bank Debit Card for Rs: 5544/-. But the transaction was failed because of "Unable to Connect Host" problem. But that amount was deducted from my account. After 2 weeks they have not return the money till now. I called their customer care, they launched one request and after 7 days they closed it. But the problem is not resolved yet. I heard that there is one rule of RBI that bank have to return the unsuccessful transaction amount within 10 days, otherwise they have to give Rs:100/- per day as penalty.
