[Resolved] Kotak Mahindra — Mis communication | |||
I have opened an Trinity account (saving + Trading +DMAT) in your branch in December 2007 through Mr. Sajal Arora – Customer Relationship manager in Kotak Mahendra in Gulmohar Park Branch. This account was zero balance saving account ,as informed by your personal relationship manager. This account remained my active account for more than one year and many share market and mutual fund transactions were done through this account. Please note that from last one and half year I shifted to Chandigarh and I was not an active user of this account. They are not ready to waive off my money at any cost and are saying that its not in their hand. Now also they do not have any information available with their service mangers. They all are always busy and not have time to attend anybody's call. This bank is not at all a user friendly bank and are only their for minting money and customer is not important to them.
