[Resolved] Kpn Travels — Irresponsible Staff | |||
I wanted to notify you about a very bad experience i had with KPN. I had booked 2 tickets from Cochin to Chennai on 3rd March with the 8:15 PM bus (Boarding Pass No - BB[protected]. The boarding was agreed as Vadakkancherry in Palakkad District. The manager confirms that this information was passed onto the Driver (Ramesh). Myself and my wife waited in the highway from 10:00 till 11:45 in the night. However, we did not get to board the bus. We had constant conversation with the Cochin office and we were told that the driver had forgotten to pick us and has crossed our boarding point. The driver never bothered to stop at this pickup point. His phone was not reachable as well. Such customer service is pathetic and would not do good for any business. Please let this mistake be known to the concerned person, so that such bad instances are not repeated. Was this information helpful? | |||
