[Resolved]  KSL Software Solutions Pvt. Ltd. — Non-Payments of employees salary

I was one of the employee of KSL Software Solutions Pvt. Ltd. and want to share some fraudulence deeds against the company as the company has made lots of commitments to their employees but failed to fulfill all. And company's chairman Mr. Sanjay Ghosh harassing his employees with loads of works and uses abusive language for his employees. He is also not releasing the salaries of many employees working there because of that many employees left that company. There are 2-3 months of salary pending which are not given by the chairman. And he always use to say that it will done within 2 or 3 days but all the statements given by him were false and I am not still getting my salary including so many other employees. Kindly take a strict action against this company for harassing the employees, pressurizing the employees with loads of works without giving them their salaries and for forcing the employees to work more than 8 hours or work for late night without providing any facilities to the employees that includes ladies staff also.
The company also have not any existence i.e no fixed working place. It had shifted the office more than 3 times in 4 months and still not have any fixed office location. This time the Chairman is running his company at his home without any registration to work in a residential area i.e. illegal. At last, I only want to say that don't trust on this company as it is indulge in various fraud cases including its vendors, customers, employees and trainees. And the chairperson is one of the fraud person involved in various illegal and fraud cases related to non-payment of money.
