KSRTC — KSRTC failed to refund | |||
Dear Sir / Madam There were two failed transactions via the KSRTC website using my Corp Bank Debit card, transaction no OB3043488 and OB3043579 dated 16th Dec 2010. I've emailed KSRTC with the details and also my bank statement. However they have refunded only one of them and have kept mum over the second one. The amount is Rs.1014.00. Have emailed them 5 times now and nobody picks up the call at their number. I've been given no details or nobody even bothers to reply to me. Please help.
