[Resolved] KSRTC — Online Payment | |||
On 20-MAY-11, I tried to book the seat of KSRTC Rajahamsa which is going from Bangalore to Dharmastala via Online payment. But finally they deducted the amount from my account and seat was booked to some other person. At least, they should have some common sense of refunding the amount when they were not capable of providing the seat. Till today i didn't get my amount back. So i request the concerned officers should take necessary action for this. This is my bank record..
