[Resolved]  KSRTC — Cancellation Ticket amount refund

I had booked two return tickets from Chennai-Bangalore-Chennai in "Rajahamsa Executive", the date of travelling being 04/11/2010 and 07/11/2010. But due to some unavoidable reasons i had cancelled these tickets. I was said that the money will be refunded within a weeks time, but till now i have not yet received the money.

The PNR No.
J[protected] date of journey 04/11/2010: refund amount Rs. 343.00, Trip code "2255CHNBNG"
J[protected] date of journey 07/11/2010: refund amount Rs. 387.00, Trip code "1445SMGCHN"
I had mailed regarding this several times to [protected]@ksrtc.org, [protected]@ksrtc.org and i have not got any reply till now and I have not yet received the money.
