[Resolved] KSRTC — NON-ALLOTMENT OF SEAT IN SPITE OF HAVING VALID RESERVATION TICKET | |
I wish to state following few statements for your due action please: - 1. I have done reservation from Kalasa to Bangalore on 29/11/08, Details of journey is as below Class: Karnataka Sarige Trip Code: 0945HAOBNG Ticket number: 8743727 PNR number: J11325204 Total Seat: 1 Seat number: 14 Bus number: KA-04, F-368 2. In spite of having a valid confirmed ticket; I have not been allotted my seat and made to travel by standing from Kalasa to Bangalore. 3. Apart from the above said details, I have been ill treated by both Conductor and Driver. 4. Please look into this matter seriously and I request you to take appropriate action in this regard to prevent further legal proceedings. And I also request you to kindly compensate me adequately for the hardship I faced during the journey. 5. Further, I wish to know that how public will believe the Karnataka transport department inspite of having valid reservations. 6.
