KSRTC / Online Booking — Online booking failure-no refund yet

You did not even bother to read my mail. I've sat and wasted 8 working days for it. Give me my refund tomorrrow. I want it deposited to my account immediately.

Respected Sir/Madam,

We have received your mail and necessary action will be taken to refund the amount. You are requested to check up with the card issue bank/statement of account for the refund amount after 7 business days and also we have introduced automatic refund for failed transaction on ICICI bank gateway, hence no mail be sent for failure on ICICI bank gateway.

I'm registered with kSRTC online booking with name benithm and email: [protected]@hotmail.com .

I made a booking on 19, may 2012 at around 12 am for a ticket from banglore to madurai and back amounting to Rs 824 /-. the booking failed but my visa debit card has been charged for the same. the transaction reference no is OB6208071.

I had sent a mail immediately after the failed booking but u have not responded yet. Your customer care line is also dead.

Please refund the sum of Rs 824 /- immediately to my account no:[protected] of axis bank, peenya branch, banglore with account holder name BENITH ISRAEL M.

I[censored] fail to do so within 3 working days, I'll have to press for punitive charges.
