[Resolved]  KSRTC Online Refund — Transaction failed, refund not received

Dear sir,

I have booked one ticket through KSRTC Online booking Awtar cell, but the transaction got failed two times and my money got deducted from credit card of Rs.801. I had given complaint to ksrtc online refund department. Online transaction reference number is OB1976480 and OB1976587 Date of booking is 29/03/2010. But when ever i call to them they are telling it will refund in another three days. Almost 10 days completed my amount not yet refunded. My ksrtc login id is santukalpana. Please help me to get refund amount to my acount.

Refund of failed tkt booking - KSRTC Online

I have booked my ticket on 20/09/2013 from bangalore to Tirupathi. The ticket booking failed and my money was deducted from account. KSRTC site provide OB no. to refund the amount. I have mailed many times but nobody is responding and no one is picking up the phone also. Nobody is responding.

KSRTC — Money deducted from Credit card for no service

Hi,

I Chandra Mouli Rada tried to Book the Bus tickets by using my credit card from KSRTC online ticket bookings on 08/04/2009 .

While booking tickets the transaction rejected from KSRTC .
But from my Credit card account amount for Rs 780 got deducted.When I asked my bank representative they provided a transaction number with which I can track my transaction with the merchant KSRTC.
Inspite of several mail I got reply form KSRTC saying that they are going to reimburse the money back after the verification process.

But stll now I have not got my money back.
Please suggest me how I can proceede futher in this regard.

Just happened same to me and first thing I did is disputed the transaction. I have dropped an email to KSRTC ([protected]@ksrtc.org) but no reply. Did you send them an email or called them up? I would suggest you also dispute the transaction.

It would be great if you can share any number.

KSRTC — failed transaction money refund

sir- i had booked the ticket through credit card, but the transaction failed, i am yet to receive the refund. as given the the website the email id/ ohone numbers dont work.i have mailed it to ksrtc regarding this but have not received reply, nobody answers the phone or they disconnect at ksrtc.
kindly let me know wht to do?

i booked ticket on 8th jan 2011and cancelled same day, today is01.02.2011 still iam not got refunded money, i call to KSTRC so many time and aslo email to him but no response. wrost service provider, what KSRTC people doing? i do know realy there working?

Hi All,

I booked a ticket on KSRTC online portal on 24th May 2011 (OB REFERENCE NUMBER : 'OB3823111'), but the trasaction failed due to some unknown reason, I used by ICICI net banking facility for transaction. I asked for refund but not received yet..
I mailed [protected]@ksrtc.org but did not get any responce, I called on 080 – 22220386 but nobody answered.

please help resolve this. I see tonnes of complaints against KSRTC, not sure why they are not taking any corrective steps.

For this either you have to mail on given ID or have to call on given no. Ihave mailed many times but nobody is responding and no one is picking up the phone also. Nobody is responding. I tried to book a ticket through KSRTC website on 26Dec2011 Midnight. Due to some technical issue the amount debited from my SBI account but transaction failed.

The failed transaction was available in my onoline ksrtc account. After that I called KSRTC at midnight 23:50. I am surprised when Customer Care picked my call and suggested me to send a email to onlinerefund.ksrtc.in.

27Dec2011 morning i sent a email. I received the acknowledged email on 28Dec2011.

I was surprised when i received the Bank sms about money back. KSRTC credited back money less then 40 Hours.

I am extremely happy by KSRTC service. I hope all government office will learn something from KSRTC.
