Transaction failed, refund not received

Dear sir,

I have booked one ticket through KSRTC Online booking Awtar cell, but the transaction got failed two times and my money got deducted from credit card of Rs.801. I had given complaint to ksrtc online refund department. Online transaction reference number is OB1976480 and OB1976587 Date of booking is 29/03/2010. But when ever i call to them they are telling it will refund in another three days. Almost 10 days completed my amount not yet refunded. My ksrtc login id is santukalpana. Please help me to get refund amount to my acount.

dear sir, i had booked a ticket to bangalore from mangalore. rajahamsha departing on 22/09/2011 at 8 30pm through online booking but i made mistake by mentioning as 8:30am. so now i want to cancel it and i want to know the procedure to refund of the money

I tried to book a ticket through KSRTC website on 26Dec2011 Midnight. Due to some technical issue the amount debited from my SBI account but transaction failed.

The failed transaction was available in my onoline ksrtc account. After that I called KSRTC at midnight 23:50. I am surprised when Customer Care picked my call and suggested me to send a email to onlinerefund.ksrtc.in.

27Dec2011 morning i sent a email. I received the acknowledged email on 28Dec2011.

I was surprised when i received the Bank sms about money back. KSRTC credited back money less then 40 Hours.

I am extremely happy by KSRTC service. I hope all government office will learn something from KSRTC.

I had booked 3 tickets from Mysore to Mangalore on 9thApril2012 in the name of Aishwarya.V (Main Party) Journey date being 10 /04 /12 starting from Mysore bus stand at 22.14 & I had made the payment by credit card of ICICI Bank VISA card & the payment was instantly debited but the transaction had failed due to time bar..I request you to kindly refund the amount to my account at the earliest.The details are as listed below.

Sir this is Rajendra S, on the date of April 29th 2012, i had booked a ticket from Bangalore to Chennai, because of failed transaction my money(308Rs) got deducted, KSRTC OB number is OB6046790, Kindly refund my amount.

With above ref. i booked a online ticket to my relative, but while boarding he forget to keep the photo identycard. Hence he again paid
Rs.692/- for the same seat and got a new ticket. so, i kindly request you to release the excess payment collected for the same seat or cancel
the earlier booked online ticket as per ur cancellation procedure.

Sir,

I tried to book tickets from your site www.ksrtc.in. My userid is nirupmurs@gmail.com

I tried it twice and both the transaction failed stating seat not selected. But, I'm sure that I have carried out all the steps properly.
