[Resolved]  Kurl On Mattress — Defect in Mattress

Dear Sir,
Please note that I have bought Kurl-on Super Deluxe Ultra Mattress (Sr.No[protected]) from Dhiren Handlooms, Shop No12-13,Avishkar Tower, Behind Sia Jewellery, Borivali(W),Mumbai-400 092 on 27/07/2010.

Within two days we noticed that mattress is defective like formed pressed mark at both sides and complained to dealer immediately on third day. As per dealer he has already booked a complaint with Kurl-on office in Mumbai. Salesman he has given us number of has promised to replace mattress within two to three days but not received any replacement yet.

Please look into the matter and help me to get the mattress replaced at the earlies
