[Resolved] La Opala — defected cups | |||
To La Opala Hi i Sumant Shukla had purchased a set of Six Tea Cup and Saucer of La Opala from CSD core canteen, Sultania Infentry, Bhopal. and when i started using those cups to have tea or coffee i found the cups are going chipped while poring the tea after few seconds the Cup got broken automatically in two pieces and all the comes out and spread out in the kitchen working area i thought may be that our fault because the cup has broken but after i used the second one the same thing happened then after few days i had again tried two more cups then the same thing happened now i have only 2 cups with me and now i am thinking to use those cups or not. your products are very attractive and costly aswell but why all these things are happened with me kindly make your quality check system so strong, so that these things will never happen with any other in future. and kindly sujjest me to whom i show those remaining cups for check. I totally agree with Mr. Shukla, as i have faced the same problem.
after poring hot tea in cup that got cracked and all tea was spread on kitchen platform.
this happened with 3 cups & now only 3 cups are there.
your products are very attractive and costly as well but why all these things are happened with me kindly make your quality check system so strong, so that these things will never happen with any other in future.

with exorbitent prices atleast the product should be usable . My coffee mugs broke into 2 after pouring tea on first usage. And the company had boasted "microwave safe, chip resistant" on bottom of the mugs!

Similar incident happen with me.
I purchased a set of LaOpala Coffey mug from D-Mart. Within Three days one-by-one three cups get cracked, as soon as Coffey was poured in cup.
We are spending such a high cost for the product so at least we expect some good quality. but it is regret to say that LaOpala Products are only attractive from outside, without any quality check.

La opala dinner set — Cups broke on pouring hot tea
Bought a La Opala dinner set from Big Bazaar, Visakhapatnam. The set includes plates, bowls, cups and glasses etc.Two of the cups immediately broke into pieces as soon as hot tea was poured. Will La Opala replace the cups? I got the tea on my trousers. This seems to be substandard brand. Although it looks good, its not fit for making cups. We must pull the company in to consumer court, and make them stop the production. Can imagine what would happen, if kids are around. I am soon getting them in line, by filing a complaint.

I bought Cup and Saucer set of 6 on 21st June'2016 at price of Rs825/- with merchant giving discount of 10%.Yesterday when it been used for the first time, the moment tea poured into one cup got cracked and then poured to another one with same result, next two worked fine, with fear only tested 4 out of 6.Not sure after paying this much amount also facing these kind of issues.
