[Resolved] Lakme Salon — Bad service | |||
HI. I recently shifted to hyd. I had a beautiful step hair cut prior visiting LAKME SALON - MALAYSIAN TOWNSHIP CIRCLE. Since i was new to this place, i dint want to experiment on my hair by going to any other parlor so i chose LAKME only because of its brand name... little did i know that i would regret my decision of chosing lakme. I went with excitment of getting my hair trimmed and dressed for a wedding ocassion. The receptionist said that they would charge 875 for step hair cut after examinig the length of my hair. I said OK and an attendant washed my hair. another person started cutting my hair. when it was 75% done, i became suspicious abt the hair cut. i told her 'This is not looking like step cut'. For which she says 'This is FLOWER cut'. I was shocked and verymuch disappointed by that lady. She dint even inform me that she is doing something rubbish when i told her clearly that i want step cut. Who the hell asked her to experiment whatever that stupid flower cut was. And i had never heard abt thie so called FLOWER cut in any of the top parlors/salons including LAKME salons in Bangalore. On top of that she dint even set my hair for whatever stupid reasons and was so adamant in agreeing her mistake. i was so disappointed and upset after looking myself in the mirror. Upon that their swiping machine dint work. And i had to listen to advises the whole time she was cutting my hair. They dint even give me my bill too... This is my 1st and last visit to LAKME salon in hyd ever. Was this information helpful? | |||

i am a regular customer of Lakme ivana placed at shivam road, hyderabad.This mail is to get to your notice abt the mismanagement and bad cutomer service they are providing.i visisted them on 29th oct, first of all there are no proper lights in the salon, the executive Ms.shravanti was not able to do even my eyebrows and uper lips due to bad light, then the towel given to me was not fresh.it was already used and dirty, littered with creams.later, when i complained about the lighting they changed the cabin and at that point there was power cut and i was made to sit in the dark for more than 10 mins.i walked out of the cabin seeking the explaination from the manager Ms.nikhat, then she tells me that the generator in not in the working condition.my point is, you should not accept our appointment if you cannot deliver the promised services.its a known fact that we had power cuts in our area from 4 p.m to 6 p.m everyday.i was put in the lurch and i had to walk out with half done service. i had asked nikhat to get me to talk to their senior manager and there is no response on this till date.this is extremely disappointing coming from a reputed salon like Lakme'.
